We are currently recruiting for experienced general labourers for on-site work based in Rutherford.
Our client is one of Australia's largest construction companies specialising in modular buildings.

Key responsibilities:
- General labouring duties, including assisting with the demolition and strip-out of modular buildings
- Use of hand and power tools to support demolition and construction tasks
- Collecting reusable materials and removing debris
- General housekeeping on-site
- Manual handling and heavy lifting as required
- Reporting to site management and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general labouring or construction-related work
- Must supply own basic hand and power tools (specific tools required will be discussed during the interview process)
- Asbestos removal ticket desirable but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work 38 hours a week with potential for overtime
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including a drug and alcohol test
- Consistency with work hours & job location: Site-based work means no rain days and consistent working hours, 5 days a week.
