About The Opportunity
 
Located in Darlington, this project will improve traffic flow offering drivers to bypass 21 sets of traffic lights between the River Torrens and Darlington as they travel through two separate tunnels, connected by an open motorway.
 
CoreStaff SA are seeking Site Administrators who will be responsible for the necessary administrative duties associated with the project.
 
Duties will include but are not limited to;
  • Provide regular support to all the construction personnel on site
  • Process timesheets for employees, labour hire and subcontractors
  • Generate purchase orders and manage incoming invoices
  • Assist with the mobilisation of new starters to site
  • Coordinate plant requirements as directed by the site team
  • Maintain and update all relevant site registers
  • Communicate with the subcontractors and vendors on site related activities
  • Other general administrative duties as required
To be successful, we require the following;
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Competency in administration suite of software (e.g., Microsoft professional suite), ERP systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP, Oracle e-business) and project management platforms (e.g., InEight, Aconex, Procore)
  • A White Card obtained within a classroom
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and great willingness to learn
