We are urgently seeking experienced Admin Assistants / Administrators for upcoming assignments with our clients in SOR. Temp work can provide a great opportunity to gain experience in different industries, whilst building your network and skills.
The Key Responsibilities of Administration Assistants include:
Front-of-house duties: Welcoming guests with professionalism
Supplier management and equipment procurement
Providing basic IT support leadership team and liaising with external IT providers to resolve issues
Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
Assisting with new starter setups and onboarding
Supporting office systems and procedures
Providing general team support and administration
Formatting documents and updating templates
Maintaining and updating client organization charts
Managing team calendars and scheduling
Arranging travel for staff and management
Providing backup reception support as needed
Sorting and actioning incoming mail
Coordinating with contractors as required
Assisting the Directors with administrative tasks
Supporting the accounting team with invoice processing
The successful candidates must have:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
