We are urgently seeking experienced Admin Assistants / Administrators for upcoming assignments with our clients in SOR. Temp work can provide a great opportunity to gain experience in different industries, whilst building your network and skills.
  
The Key Responsibilities of Administration Assistants include:
  • Front-of-house duties: Welcoming guests with professionalism
  • Supplier management and equipment procurement
  • Providing basic IT support leadership team and liaising with external IT providers to resolve issues
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assisting with new starter setups and onboarding
  • Supporting office systems and procedures
  • Providing general team support and administration
  • Formatting documents and updating templates
  • Maintaining and updating client organization charts
  • Managing team calendars and scheduling
  • Arranging travel for staff and management
  • Providing backup reception support as needed
  • Sorting and actioning incoming mail
  • Coordinating with contractors as required
  • Assisting the Directors with administrative tasks
  • Supporting the accounting team with invoice processing
The successful candidates must have: 
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
