Our valued client requires an experienced Underground Shift Boss for an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the operation to success. They will champion a safety culture, consistently embodying the behaviors that enhance performance and ensure a safe working environment.

About the role:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and timely execution of projects, ensuring seamless workflow supervision for the underground crew.
- Monitoring task progress and resolve any issues that arise
- Provide strong guidance for the crew's development
- Lead with impact and foster a culture of excellence
- Liaise with the Foreman on operating parameters and technical challenges
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role
- WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate
- Valid C Class manual Driver's License
- Ability to provide a Police Clearance
- Valid DGSC
