We are currently seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join the team on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm OR 9am 5.30pm .

About the Role:
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding, supporting and inspiring the production team to excel
- Adhering to and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a secure workplace and environment
- Overseeing production schedules and allocating resources
- Supervising and maintenance of workshop equipment
- Assisting with reporting
- QA
- Driving LEAN initiatives across the workshop to enhance efficiencies and reduce waste
- WH&S
- Collaborating with Leading hands, Engineers and other stakeholders within the business to ensure effective operations
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Trade qualifications
- LEAN training with experience in implementing improvements
- Experience using MS office programs
- Forklift licence is preferred but not essential
- Experience ERP systems is also preferred but not essential
